Fabuleux pour le ski ! Télécabine à 20 mètres de l’hôtel. Garage voiture, casier ski et atelier. Une demi pension excellente avec une bonne chef en cuisine ! Les plats maisons sont vraiment délicieux ! Le personnel du petit déjeuner et de la demi pension sont très accueillants et bienveillants ! Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse. Cela fait 2 ans que nous venons et grâce à eux nous reviendrons ! Même si les chambres auraient besoin d’être un peu rénover :-) mais nous mettons un 10/10 ! Jean philippe, Laurence et Carlotta

Muy buena atencion en recepcion. Las hab muy limpias. En el servicio de comedor són muy atentos, muy buen menu y muy variado, buenos y completos desayunos. Y la situacion inmejorable, a 20 pisos del funicamp (no estuvo a la altura cerro 2 dias)

Great for access to ski resort
Hotel was really close to the ski lift as well as ski hire places. The hotel car parking was quite expensive at €15 a night.

Etape agréable
Chambre familiale très spacieuse, au calme (chambre à l'arrière). Hôtel bien situé proche d'Andorre la Vieille et des principaux points touristiques d'Andorre. Personnel accueillant et donnant tous les renseignements utiles. Pas de restauration (donc pas de petit déjeuner) l'été. Le canapé-lit est suffisamment confortable pour un court-séjour.

Me han cobrado un sobrecargo
Tenia reservado un apartamento de 3 personas y resulta que estaba cogido solo para 2. En el recibo no especificaba nada solo que era para tres personas que como sería lo lógico tu compras el apartamento no el numero de personas que vais.
Tuve que pagar un extra de la tercera persona. He reclamado al subcontrata pero me han dicho que ellos no se hacen cargo de nada ya que el alojamiento les ha rechazado. Me parece que por ambos lados están jugando mal.
